Returns and Exchanges

We want you to have the best satisfactory experience with Chakra Vibes Collections.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back prior emailing us. 

Buyer must contact Chakra Vibes Collections prior any returns are accepted.

Refunds are easy, simple and instant if applicable:

1. Damaged goods from our side
2. If the item delivered does not match the design, size or color of the order

• The Refund is in the full amount of the purchase price. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Only regular priced items may be refunded and returned, sale items are final - no exchanges/returns
• We care about hygiene! We require that any item(s) being returned has/have not been used or worn, and it is returned in its original packaging, condition, unwashed with all tags and labels attached. 
• Any item not in its original condition will not be accepted for refund
• Upon acceptance, your return must be received within 14 business days from the date you received the order. - If a return is received after this date, then a refund will not be processed. 

Non-returnable items: 

If you are not satisfied with your product other than the above reasons, you may exchange or return for store credit only.

Store credit or exchanges will be processed only upon receipt of your return package and/or availability of items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
